Apartment Review for Chapel Ridge - San Antonio, TX

My mom is 60 yrs. old and I went with her to find an apt. they offered a great move in special. We saw the model for a 1 bdrm that had a fireplace. Once my mom picked up her keys to the apt. needless to say it had no fireplace. There were broken beer bottles in the stairwell, we notified management and it stayed there for weeks. Until my mom stepped on a piece of glass and it went through her shoe. Then they sent someone to pick it up. Trash cans full of old rain water with nasty trash in it under the stirwell and yet again it stayed there for weeks. Management is rude and really don't value their residents. Parking is horrible, you can never find a space. There have been some car break ins. Your neighbors are not nice.
