Apartment Review for Chapel Ridge - San Antonio, TX

Management isn't very cooperative, and maintenance takes years to answer a request. The a/c vents were torn to pieces by a family of racoons and the problem wasn't taken care of for almost four months. Ridiculous!!! At that, our electric bill was sky high due to the heat and lack of a/c (we had it on full blast due to mid summer heat, we were trying to get what we could out of it) but management was only nice enough to offer a minimal credit to our outrageous bill, which we are still paying piece by piece. There's a lot of crime in the area too. You will recieve a notice every other day for someone being harassed, vandalism, or another car break in. The place sucks, the only good thing is the gym, but even that needs some work.
