Apartment Review for Chapel Ridge - San Antonio, TX

My husband was renting with them before we married and after spending little time there (2 mos.) I had my car vandalized on 3 separate occasions. The management means well but they're pretty slow. They keep telling us that the reason why our apartment is so hot is bc we're on the third floor and that it has nothing to do with the a.c. unit. Tell that to us when it's 85 degrees at 2 a.m. The landscaping is horrible and needs much TLC. Everytime it rains there's a moat surrounding the stairs. That's alright for keeping the black knight at bay but not when you're 6 mos. pregnant trying to get to your car. Just overall, not a pleasant environment. I think the only positive thing we can say is that the deer frequent the area which is peaceful and the raccoons that live in the dumpsters are cute. Take that whatever way you will... :(
