Apartment Review for Chapel Ridge - San Antonio, TX

This has been one of the worst properties I have ever lived. I'm generally a make do kind of person, and I wasn't expecting great things from this complex, but we have had nothing but ongoing issues since the day we signed our lease. Maintenance is the worst, every repair service that has been put in has not been attended to in a timely manner, and once the job is taken care of it is a haphazard attempt. We've heard several excuses for the reasons, but it wasn't until we've had to go 3 days without water that I lost my patience. Once the issue was resolved it took only 20 minutes. I would never recommend this property or any other Lynd Company property to anyone.
