Apartment Review for Chase Hill Apartments - San Antonio, TX

Since the day I moved in I have experienced problems with the Apartment that I was living in. The Kitchen cabinets and Counter Tops are handmade out dated cheap looking water logged and peeling, the cabinets in the bathroom are also outdated. There are laminated floors instead of tile. The appliances are also out dated. You think there is a lot of guys here you think they are straight you be punked half of the population is Adam and Steve the other half is Eve and Geneva you can hear people walking up the stairs from your bedroom everyday. You can hear people having a fashion runway. Noise is a serious problem, you can hear Tenants use their bathroom and you can smell odor from other Tenants bathroom everyday through you're Vent. When I walk out to my porch I see dog crap right front my porch.Their is always dog crap every where you walk and when you tell the office they don' t do anything. When you walk in the hallway to go to the parking lot you see died roaches lay on there backs for days. Beware do not plan a BBQ tenant above you will throw down dirty water. Be very surprised to hear furniture being dragged in the middle of the night the next when you wake up you are surprised to see people picking through furniture like it is a clearance items then a couple days goes by every tenant gets a letter stating that bed bugs have been unleash and that they are going spray every unit. When you look out your apartment all you see is old rusty cars parked in the parking lot which never move which is an eye sore. The Gate is half of the time open which is unsafe. Basically if you rent here you are being of over charged for out dated appliances out dated A/C units which always leaks and flood the your Living Room and bad flooring which need more padding cheap Flat White Paint.The rent is too high and you're are basically paying for crap.
