Apartment Review for Cinnamon Creek Apartments - San Antonio, TX

Needed a short term lease & the location was good. Big mistake. Worst apt ever rented. Assigned wrong parking spot, outside water leak that resulted in mud on sidewalk and porch that never got cleaned up until we asked, oh and left a big hole outside apartment that they never filled. They washed the mud to a lower level sidewalk & then I slipped and fell when the mud was wet due to rain - the office didn't seem to care. Interior water leak, disposal never got fixed. AC only cooled one room & poorly at that. Bills ran just under $100 a month on a one bedroom - that was never properly cooled. Their solution was for us to switch the vent back and forth between the bedroom and living. So half the apartment not useable. All around bad experience and had to hound them for our $125 security deposit return - took 99 days to receive after several phone call. Renters stay clear - price may be good but you aren't even getting what you pay for.
