Apartment Review for Colonnade Apartments - San Antonio, TX

About three months ago I rented my one bedroom apartment here at the Colonnade -- a choice I made over Promitory Pointe. The apartments look nice, but looks are deceving -- this is the worst apartment ive lived at yet (out of 7). The apartment was in need of major repair, but management assured me that they would quickly repair the washer that was out, the door that fell off, the light (shorted out), the blinds, the leaky faucet, etc. Its been three months and nothing has been fixed, despite several calls to management, and MBS Management Services. I thought I would just deal with it and move on after my lease, but it appears that the worst is yet to come -- my AC may be going out!
