The complex was ok at some point. Things just went down. Maintenance not completed, water frequently turned off, the whole thing really needs upgrading. Security, maintenance, professionalism, paint, foundation, insects...they should show more concern and step things up...SEVERAL NOTCHES. just don't feel 100% secure, it can become loud and surrounded with police and ambulance without any explanation  Need to rent an apartment?
