Apartment Review for Cypress Cove - San Antonio, TX

We have lived here just under 4 years and in that time we have had at least 6 different managers. This last one is the rudest person and it is obvious she doesn't care about the quality of life of the residents. She usually has her facts screwed up and will interupt you constantly, I hope they fire her pretty soon too. There is crime all the time, folks getting their vehicles broken into or stolen, we have had one of ours stolen. They say they have courtesy security but don't you believe it - that is a couple of cops from other counties that live here. They are not even required to be on the property at any of the times you can expect crime to happen. We were told to remove everything from our patios over a month ago for painting - we finally get a note last week telling us that they will TRY to notify us when that is going to happen. So far we just have all the stuff from the patio in the apartment. And no painting has happened. It might look okay from the putside but don't live here if you can help it, it's like a rotton egg.
