I agree...the Homeowners are shown more favoritism.....and after all they should because they are the ones that are responsible enough to actually "be Homeowners".....Leasers and Renters dont really care much about their property anyway so what do you expect!!?? ....glad you've moved on!!  Need to rent an apartment?
