Apartment Review for Dezavala Park - San Antonio, TX

I thank God that my lease is up! My A/C has NEVER fully worked and I have placed at least 7 different complains throughout the year. During the freezing days of December through February it got so cold! what did I get' A partial refund of my rent for some ELECTRIC HEATERS that I bought at Walmart! yeah it was that bad! now is summer and it gets sooo freakin hot that sometimes is almost unbearable. And oh yeah, the unit works and blows a tiny bit of cold air but is not sufficient. NO ONE seems to care. The property grounds looks real bad and the grass is all dry. I went to see some other apartments this month and I m soo glad I am finally moving out! I m glad I placed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Oh and you know what was the management response to the BBB' there s no tenant by that name in our system! how ridiculous is that! I wish their system would not issue a rent bill every month either! Stupid management people all the way! DONT RENT HERE!!!! YOU´VE BEEN WARNED!
