Apartment Review for Enclave At Buckhorn Crossing - San Antonio, TX

I'd feel safer living in Bosnia. People break in to apartments and cars ALL the time. Everytime I come home or open my front door, there's a flyer about a break in. You'd think someone in management would be smart enough to take steps to fix it, but its apparent they really don't give a crap. Recently, someone broke into the office and stole a computer with every resident's name, phone number, apartment number, and license plate. Why they just have that sort of information out in the open is just beyond me. They schedule maintenance, but they run so far behind that the time window for when they'll actually enter your apartment is like 3 weeks. The office team is rude and unresponsive. When I went to sign my lease, I received a lecture about giving them notice so they could find my paperwork (and that was after waiting 20 minutes for them to get off the phone). There is a serious parking problem. They say they tow, but I've never seen a tow truck around here ONCE and when I come home on Fri/Sat nights, there are cars without permits everywhere. Walls are paper-thin. I actually got a notice on my door once accusing me of throwing KITTY LITTER off my balcony. Just horrible. Stay far, far away.
