Apartment Review for Fairways V Apartments - San Antonio, TX

I have lived her for 1 year and can not wait to move out. Nothing works, water pressure is low, air conditioner does not cool for more than 4 weeks at a time, water leaks everywhere. Management is changed every few months, maintence also turns over constantly because when they see what needs to be fixed ( everything) they run for the hills, or they take the fall for poor management and are fired. Those that try to fix the problems are not given the materials needed to do it right because of $. Had upstairs shower leaking through large hole in livingroom ceiling for almost 8 months and atleast a dozen work orders before it was fixed. Neighbor had sewage back up into her apartment a couple of times before they left. Gutters hanging from storm damage over 6 months ago. Most of the units around me are now empty because they got out, I will be next and I can not wait.
