Fountain Head Apartment at horizon hill blvd was the worst apartment I had ever lived. Least maintenance. They will show big promises and once you go they will say 100's of constraints. You will have to pay this, that... will eat you up. There is a manager an old **** fat woman, don't know how to talk to people. My opininon to all of you is DON'T TAKE APT IN THIS FOUNTAINHEAD APTS.
