Apartment Review for French Place Apartments - San Antonio, TX

Best advice to take when moving out it is to make sure the manager is there for checkout and get a signed letter from him as to the condition of the apartment. A leasing employee is not enough. When checked out by the leasing agent, I was told everything was fine...after two days of cleaning to make sure everything was perfect. Now, three months later, I get a letter charging me for cleaning services...such as wiping down the counters! Also, make sure you see the water bill. They seem to charge whatever fee they want for water. How can a water bill range from $30 to $50 a month for a one bedroom apartment? Also, make sure you stay on top of the management for repairs...things don't get done as they should.
