You can never reach the staff here. The manager is always at another apartment complex. If you want to get a hold of her you have to call the complex where she is(if she gives you the number) or leave a message with the answering service. Maintence sucks here and the apartments look cheap. They come in once a month to inspect your apt. You have no privacy  Need to rent an apartment?
