I'm just moving in and i'm excited! it's so quiet - kinda old late 70's feel to it, but i've never had a LARGER more spacious apt with everything i was looking for - fireplace, loft, study, and large patio. All for a GREAT price!! it's also very conveniently located.  Need to rent an apartment?
