Apartment Review for Kerri - San Antonio, TX

NOOO don't rent here. I moved in about 8 months ago. It's affordable but not worth it. I had someone try to break in with a ski mask on at my apartment and was SOOO freaking scared it would happen again. The management wouldnt transfer me into another one. they said in exact words, "we're not here for YOUR saftey, we're here to saftey YOUR door." what kind of shit is this? It took about 2 months to put a 2nd lock on my door and as well my bathroom sink flowing. A huge hole in my wall took 4-8weeks to patch up. It's ghetto here. There's couches piling up each day by the dumpster and they won't get rid of them. Management doesnt care about YOU period. They are rude. except if you ask for Keri She's very nice and understanding. They will screw you over and dont care at ALL!!! please don't move here there shitty here, no offence to managers here. they need to step up and take action. not jut sit on there asses and do nothing to fix it. NO lights in the halls my cars been busted into and speakers got stolen, My car window got shattered. people will steal from you here and there weirdos!!!!
