Apartment Review for La Fiesta Apartments - San Antonio, TX

These apts are old, structural damage, rent might be low yet you pay for it in water,sewage bill from Sierra Utility that you pay to the apts., plus you then pay CPS bill. New Owner great, Manager is dysfunctional. There are still rat problems, sewage issues, flooding in apts. and no repairs being completed on a regular basis. Appliances are old and rusty. Owner would do better to enlist a property management group. Always ask questions before you sign the lease.
