Apartment Review for Landera - San Antonio, TX

I have been a resident for over four years and since change in management about a year ago, the community has really gone down hill. I do not feel safe here since my neighbor's apt got broken into, and my vehicle was stolen and previous to that had been broken into 3 times. Management "says" that there is a "Courtesy Officer" on site but I have yet to see him and they do not patrol so what good is a Courtesy Officer if they do nothing... Management is rude and not fair to all residents, only giving specials out to people they want to. It seems that since management has changed they have lowered their standards of who lives here. There seems to be a lot of squatters who live here for a few months and leave. The crime has also risen in the past year also, I know that crime happens everywhere but to change this drasticly in a year is horrible!
