Apartment Review for Las Brisas Apartments - San Antonio, TX

I would not recommend living at this complex. The management is horrible. Over the summer my electric bill was over $200 in a one bedroom apartment! I was told that electric bills were just up this summer and that it wasn't their problem. I have a leaky roof that has been leaking for a month. I have water damage in the living room and pantry. I now have mold growing in my pantry! I went to the manager and was told that it was up to the owner and she had done everything she could. Shortly after our talk I contacted corporate. Now all the sudden, even though I have been telling them it is leaking for a month!, the manager is calling and wants to fix the mold and the owners are getting the roofers out in a couple of days. And they want us to continur living in this apartment while they rip out the damaged drywall and fix it. I understand things break and need fixing but they way they handle it is horrible. The management takes two hour lunch breaks where there is NO ONE in the office, so hopefully you don't need anything between the hours of 12 and 2pm. Live somewhere else if you can.
