It's a nightmare! Blue collar and illegal alien haven. Loud music every weekend, without fail. Can't stroll without running into clouds of pot smoke, place is not up kept, has gone down even more after Katrina, several home invasions, nieghbors fighting and beating on each other at 3 a.m., car was burgarlized. Just run and don't look back.  Need to rent an apartment?
