Great for students. Individual leases per person make this great, but the price for a single was raised recently to about $600, so that kinda sucks. They try to take care of you here, and it's in a good location. You can choose an apartment in the middle and have it feel more urban, or on the outskirts of the complex and feel more rural. Good place, and the safety is really nice.  Need to rent an apartment?
