Apartment Review for Monticito - San Antonio, TX

Priced very high compared to new properties within same area, with same amenities. Maintenance is very poor, I have requested pest control 3 times and have yet had any treatment done even though they state this is a monthly service. I work from home so if they had completed the service I would have known. I spoke with a police officer recently who stated he asked Monticito if they would like him to provide patrol at night for the apartments and they stated they were not going to have patrol. He told me also "you should have gone to the police station and asked how the crime was in the complex prior to renting. "You probably would not have choosen this complex." He recommended that I have a security system installed asap. This is not a complex for people past their partying days, many, many young people (college age) that stay up all night with their music, talking, alchohol and they party many times in the parking lot. My apartment is painted with primer. So you can only imagine what it looks like. I did paint the doors and some of the baseboards with gloss just to help it look a little better. For the price I recommend Other apts in the area.
