Apartment Review for New England Village Apartments - San Antonio, TX

More problems than one can possibly imagine. They seem to tell stories about what is done with maintanace issues or hire below standard companies to come fix the problem. Our apartment has been re-roofed completely two times and we are still leaking. Currently, I am over 30 days waiting for the completion of the last roof leak project. They finally fixed the roof after 15 days but I am still waiting for the mess of a bedroom ceiling to be fixed. The management has yet to once return our phone calls in 7 months plus never shows up for scheduled appointments. Maintanance will come if you call a couple of times after nobody shows for the appointment, but if you do not call them, nobody will ever come, even though the apt. management scheduled the day and time. The management is not interested in working around your work schedule at all. I would not live here again under any circumstance. We have had at least 3 plus maintanance problems every month such as constant red ants, multiple piping leaks, etc.
