Apartment Review for Northwest Trails - San Antonio, TX

Definitely NOT a good place to live. Yes the rent is great for a 3 bedroom but we have been asking the office management to fix things in the apartment for 1 1/2 years: dishwasher has never worked, dining room fan stopped working, utility doors needs replacing, hot water in kitchen leaks, bedroom door is of hinges (no fault of ours) and the worst offense of all: THE AIR CONDITIONER DOES NOT WORK!! Even as I write this, the thermostat is set a under 50 degress and it reads 85 degrees in here!! Maitenance has been by here 3 times in the last 3 weeks and says the coils need replacing but we have yet to see them come by!
