Apartment Review for Oaks Of Marymont - San Antonio, TX

I've lived here for several years. The management company they now have is terrible. They apparently never walk the property. I reported leaks and problems in my apartment and it took 3 months and several trips to the office before they finally sent maintenance to repair the problems. At one time this was a great place to live, but now there is trash thrown around (beer cans, bottles, fast food trash, etc) and it takes days before it is picked up. The lawns are not kept up. The security gates almost never work. The maintenance men are usually in their apt/office watching tv instead of working and when they do work, it is not good. It's unbelievable how run down this property has become in the 2 or 3 years since the current management team took over. Do yourself a favor and don't rent at The Oaks of Marymont!
