Apartment Review for Oaks Of Marymont - San Antonio, TX

I have leaved in this apartment for 6 months and have had on going issues. To say the least the problems have been continually since we moved in July. We have major ac/heating issues and have called in minimumn 10 times for the same problem. The management company is the WORST. I have had so many problems that I contacted the corporate office in California. Which I left several messages and finally got a return call two months later. I spoke with the Regional Directors who was unbelievably rude and no use to resolving my concerns. I then spoke with his boss who I discussed my concerns with. He assured me that he would make sure my concerns were addressed and resolved and he would follow up with me to make sure the problems were resolved. Never got the call!! Warning, many people have left because of the same problems...
