Apartment Review for Oaks Of Marymont - San Antonio, TX

We moved in a few months ago and for the last 3-4 months have had A NON WORKING AC!!!! Its HOT TEXAS guys!!!! We have a 6 month old who has to sleep in diapers and no covers and STILL sweats! They have been at to "fix" the problem over 20 times and ITS STILL THE SAME!!! Oh, and our electric bill was over $500 last month!!!!! WE ONLY HAVE A 3 BEDROOM ONE LEVEL APARTMENT! My parents OWN a two story 5 bedroom house and its only a little over $100!!!! Oh and our paint in the tub is peeling off so is the paint around the doors and windows...their way of fixing things is to paint over rotted or cracked wood so it looks nice at first glance. DONT BE FOOLED!!! DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!!!
