The worst leasing experience ever had. Manager does not want to hear complaints, promises they will resolve and never do. Chronic maintenance issues left unresolved. Huge Section 8 population = police cars here all the time. Get past the nice landscaping and its totally yucky. They have huge turnover of tenants and have to offer deep discounts up front to get people to move in. Wasted lots of $$ moving in here and will leave as soon as lease is up. Don't walk around after sun goes down....scary Sec. 8 population!  Need to rent an apartment?
