I was going to move in. I saw the model one and it was ok. But the one they showed me once I was about to sign my lease had water stains on the walls. I went through the apartment and saw that there was a HUGR Roach in the bathroom. They said they spray for bugs and that must of been one that was in the house. I was like if there is one there is others...  Need to rent an apartment?
