Apartment Review for Palermo - San Antonio, TX

Honestly, I don't understand where the other reviews are coming from. I have lived here for a year and a half and have never had any problems. My AC broke down and they fixed it the same day. The management is easy to work with, friendly, and will accomodate you as much as they can. Debra (the manager) and Cristina (assistant manager) have bent over backwards to make my stay here a good one. If I wasn't moving away from San Antonio, I would renew my lease. The property is quiet, clean, safe, and a great value for the price. Common areas are always clean, staff is friendly, and I've never had any parking problems. Even during the rennovation, I had no problems finding parking close to my unit. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-managed, safe, clean, upkept, apartment.
