Apartment Review for Pecan Valley - San Antonio, TX

This is without a doubt the worst apartment I have ever lived in. To start out with whenever you use water its got rust in it and you have to let it run until it gets clear, and thats only if the water is even on since they turn the water off every two days or so. The faucets are always breaking, during my stay I have had very faucet in the apartment fixed at the minimum three times each. I can understand a repair or two every now and then but it got really ridiculous. There have also been two times when the air condition went out and they didn't send a repairman out for nearly a week both times(and when you live in San Antonio you need A/C.). The apartment also was infested with ants and roaches despite how clean we kept it and they never sent anyone out to spray for bugs. My biggest complaint would have to be that in the time I have stayed there we have had three gas leaks and two of the times they didnt send anybody out till the next day (what were we supposed to do sleep in our car.)the third time I called up the repair service the apartment used and hired them directly to fix it.Also since everybodys electricity usage is monitored on one meter (and you just pay a percent af the cost.)you can expect to pay about $200 in utilitys every month. One more thing, because of the way they bill utilitys you have to pay two bills when your lease ends. Sorry to sound like a complaining jerk but for $655 a month Pecan Valley really was the worst place I have ever lived, I could see myself renting this place for maybey $400-$450 a month but thats it.
