Apartment Review for Pecan Valley - San Antonio, TX

Where do I begin''''Rats, possums, scorpions and always getting broken promises from the staff who by the way points the finger at each other for messeges or work orders not being relayed. They honestly sure do love to put late notices on your door even when you've paid so you MUST keep all reciepts at all times. But when it comes to your lives being at risk they usual "OO no I'm so sorry to hear that & I'm sorry's, we'll send someone right away" This is NEVER the case. My neighbor has had a raccon or possum stuck in their walls for a month now and they keep getting the run around and they have a small children in the apartment. I too have had either a racoon or possum in my walls now for a week and that animal is just dying in my wall!!! I have children as well and maintaince and all the staff have given me the run around tomorrow tomorrow and when I raised hell today they tried leaving early putting their answering service on. This is just one of many unfinished work orders, mold in our walls, holes in our apartment, unfisihed work from 6 months ago, upstairs floor giving out, abondoned apartment building in front of us with no working lights outside in which by the way my car got broken into twice in two months. Staff said it would be fixed 3wks ago and guess what......not a thing fixed at all. Maintaince lies saying they came by, nope they never did at all. Don't be decieved by the b.s. they feed you because once you sign that contract you're screwed, welcome to hell.
