Apartment Review for Shallow Creek Apartments - San Antonio, TX

The price here is nice and cheap, and you get what you pay for. I have lived here for 9 months and the water has been convieniently shut off 6 times, only once was there a note on my door before hand. If you want to park anywhere near your apartment make sure you dont come home after 9 pm, and don't leave or your space will be snagged. Also, you WILL hear every move your upstairs neighbor makes- and their pets. The walls, floors/ceilings are in the poorest condition I have ever seen. I cant even turn my stereo on minimum volume or my upstairs neighbor will have a fit. One last thing, the gates here might as well not be because they are rarely in operation, and since the robberies a few weeks ago they have locked half of them, and left the other half open for anyone to come as they please without the code (which, by the way, was actually posted on the key pad for the short period of time when the gate was working.. go figure!) So I would suggest only living here if you don't mind the walk home, aren't afaid of the creeps lurking in the midst, could care less if you have water and don't mind noise on a constant basis.
