Apartment Review for Shallow Creek Apartments - San Antonio, TX

I have lived here for a while and have been unable to move for one reason or another, But Let me tell you If you Value your life DON'T move here. In the last 11 months I have had my car stolen, My Aprtment has had it's locks tampered with, I have been sent to the hospital 2 times due to the stove Grounding out and NO one could find out why, I have had my roof leave water like a waterfall 3 times and damage things, and a water pipe broke 2 times and flooded my apartment. These apartments are Noisie and the people that Run it Sure don't know what they are doing. Managment has been changed 3 times and they spent 1 Million on reavations or so they say. But the Gates still don't work. No kind of security and NO parking if you get home after 4.30. Even Handicap parking is parked in leaving people with disabilities to walk long distances. The Lease states that they are not responable for any damage done to your property , that is normal but if the roof falls in on you as it did me in the bathroom one day it will take them 2 weeks to fix it and you will not be able to take a shower. Thank God I had another bathroom. Tell your friends and Family Not to move. Oh and the complex changed the name to THE MONTAGE AT NORTH POINT so stay away from that name as well.
