Apartment Review for Signature Ridge - San Antonio, TX

I lived in these apartments for a year and decided I would NOT be renewing my lease within a couple months of living there. The management staff in the front office is very unattentive and not professional. When they lost my rent check and threatened to charge me late fees after trying to contend that I never turned it in, they addressed it with me in a very rude manner. After having to dispute w/ them and finally get them to NOT charge the late fees I had to write another check and put a stop payment on the one that was missing. From that point on I had to deal w/an unfriendly attitude everytime I walked into that office. The apartment itself is nice, but parking was ALWAYS a huge problem. There are others places in San Antonio that are just as nice w/ a better management.
