the noise in the complex is very loud. they are many parties here. you will find trash all over the grounds as well as dog poop. the water bills are very high.around $30-40 a month for a small one bedroom. there are problems with bugs.i don't work outside the home so i keep it very clean. the staff is very rude. plus there is no parking spaces at night. you have to park several complexs over.
