Apartment Review for Signature Ridge - San Antonio, TX

We are living here while building a home - can't believe it is as awful as it is. The gates are either permanently closed or broken and left open, constant flyers for trashy pizza joints left on your door, cars honking, speeding or revving engines at all hours of the night. But please, do not bother the staff - they are VERY busy keeping their management company happy while ignoring the tenants who ultimately pay their salaries. "Customer Service" is a foreign concept - they are into self-service. Long lunches, no returned phone calls - they just prance around in short skirts and high heels. They do not know how to smile, be welcomng or caring. It takes a while for them to even notice or acknowledge you when you come in the office, and when they do they can't seem to find a smile or a kind word. It was clearly painful for them to have stop their very important paper shuffling to address my question, and it takes at least 2 of them to answer most questions. UGH - I can get this kind of treatment for free at most gas stations - no I take that back - those guys at least smile and say hello...
