The dumpster is always overflowing and it reeks when you get within 50 feet of it. Nevermind the fact that it's an eyesore every time you drive by. Seems as if they don't check on backgrounds because they let anyone live there (thugs). Noisy place, thin walls.  Need to rent an apartment?
