Apartment Review for Sm - San Antonio, TX

When we firtst moved here, the management was adequate, but the carpet had not been replaced (or cleaned) as promised... then Lynd company took over. They raised our rent, took away our "limited access gate", it takes them over a week to take care of any problems with the apartment. Our neighbors had their motorcycle stolen, and our other neighbors had a badly taken care of tree limb fall on their car! Even after that happened, they did not come to trim the trees until another tree limb fell in front of our elderly neighbors' front door ( more than one week later). I had friends in the Air Force tell me that they pay more for rent on the same size apartment. Only two of the "three sparkling pools" are in use. They do not have enough dumpsters to accomodate the amount of trash. I would never reccomend this place to anyone, and I cannot wait to leave.
