Apartment Review for Springfield Manor Apartments - San Antonio, TX

Grounds upkeep is regular cutting and removing trash. Large areas of bare earth where the grass has died for lack of irrigation. Loud noises and vibration, day and night, for nearby train yard. Management is defensive and speaks unsuportively, even offensively at times. Management communicates by notes and advertisements left on door, undated, unsigned, and unclear as to information presented. Postage boxs often do not work. Ugly airconditioning compressors make each door look like "the back door." Only regular Time Warner service and rates available, no alternative available.
