Apartment Review for Stone Oak Place Apartments - San Antonio, TX

I can't say it's the greatest place in the city but I have props to the staff on keeping the riff raff out, at least in the Loft buildings. I have not heard of any serious disturbances so I guess it's a good thing. I am going on two years as a resident. My biggest complaint is that the fixtures, cabinets, floor tiles and carpet are old and need to be replaced. For the new going prices , all of the lofts should have new everything and wood floors. The cabinets look like they are from the 70s-80s era and repairs if done are usually done shotty at best per unskilled labor. The bathroom tile needs to be totally redone over the tub. The staff is slowly getting things done but I may not renew my lease. The complex needs a total renovation. It would be nice if they would fix up the Clubhouse and reopen it.
