Apartment Review for The Crescent - San Antonio, TX

The best thing going here is the location. The apartment management for the past 4 yrs (Danielle & Alice) has continued to go down due to cheap corp policies. The people here are generally very nice, but security is non-existent and lights in the parking lot are 50/50 working - especially near bldg 9/10. Locals from lower $ complexes next door (Dijon) are crawling over and under fences by bldg 11 to make the pool look overrun. Large cracks are the norm for blg 10 and 8. Place is about to be sold after Lind has run it down to Alliance unless they can figure way out of sale. Renter be ware. Locationally it as good as it gets, but the apartments need attention and they won't soon w/ sale coming unless they jack up the rents. A vicious cycle!
