Apartment Review
Can't Wait To Leave

Living in a High Rise. The apartment is okay, but out dated. When you enter the lobby it looks good, but don't judge a book by it's cover. I find rat droppings in the basement as I'm going to my vehicle and at the trash dump, plus there is a foul order in the basement. The hallways are outdate and are indeed of some updating, such as ceiling, carpet, doors, fresh paint on the walls could help, and the halls could use automatic air dispenser. Rent is too much considering the area and the building. There's no storage, you pay for water you can't drink (you have to buy water to drink and cook in), you can't even walk in the yard due to dog feces everywhere (they don't enforce tenants to pickup after their animals). There's more, but this would be very long. I WILL MOVE OUT (AND I CAN'T WAIT) AS SOON AS MY LEASE EXPIRES. Not to mention, there are others that are ready to move out as well. Some of the good tenants have already, if not will be, moving out.
