Apartment Review
IMHO, management is terrible.

Jennifer looks great but fails in the management department and is no problem solver. Some of the apartments have stone tile floors without carpeting, god help you if your get below one of these. The lease is suppose to be the 'bible' but the office staff makes up new rules as they go along. Lease states that they have to present new policies in writing to the tenants 30 days minimum in advance. Not this bunch. When the water is shut off for maintenance and repairs, they give you notice by posting on your door after 10:00 p.m. that the water will be off starting at 9:00 a.m. the following day. We leave at 10:30 a.m. in the morning for work with no shower. Great system for giving notices; not. Water costs go up every month. The month maintenance flooded this place from the 19th floor down to the 9th floor, the water bill spiked the next billing period. So, we tenants ended up funding some of the mess. With such high monthly lease charges the water bill should be included. Several times a week the hallways smell from the trash that comes up the trash chutes. It appears that the rubber gaskets are missing from some of the trash chute doors which allows the odors to come into the building instead of venting from the roof stack. Our lease is up end of this year and we will be outa' here faster than a speeding train. Can get a 4 bedroom 2 full baths house for less than the price as this apartment. |
