Apartment Review for The Enclave At 1550 - San Antonio, TX

The elevators are a real pain in the rear; never seems to run correctly. Often times the elevator travels past your floor and keeps going straight to the top floor. The space outside the apartments smells like rotting garbage because the trash chutes leak smells onto the floors. Assistant manager/leasing agent has an additude problem most of the time. The manager couldn't care less about your problems so long as she can leave at 4:30 p.m. Of course her long days must be the problem; in by 10:00 and out for 90 min lunch. Tough sched to maintain. When you bring this bunch a problem they tell you that you must get a police officer to verify your complaint. Good luck getting that done. Got a notice that I could extend my lease but the rent would go up a wopping $120.00. That would make it around 1300.00 for approx 1250 sq ft. Ya right!
