Apartment Review for The Enclave At 1550 - San Antonio, TX

The Enclave it's a great place to live. The concierge is a great guy, but managers - not very nice. They have an attitude problem and to make things worst I got a letter full of signatures complaining about it, I was thinking that she was going to get fired but i guess she has some "friends" from upper level because she still working there. Luxury... yes, when it comes to pricing, other than that is just another apartment complex. Living in the 19th. floor, hope you are in shape because the fire alarm goes off very often and elevators shut down. Elevators work ok - average - too many people has been trapped in there - no body noticed :( Water bill is too high. If you have something to get fixed - ask Jesse the concierge - he will do it for you - if you ask managers - it may take a while. Neighbors are great. But if you can pay $1550 a month - it's better to buy a nice house with a beautiful backyard and you'll save a lot of money. Thanks God my lease is about to expire. 3/2006
