Apartment Review for The Estates Of Northwoods - San Antonio, TX

Where do I start? The parking is horrible. Many cars without proper decal parked here consistently. Parking way out would be okay, but no lighting. There solution is to have you pay for a covered parking spot. No phonecalls ever returned from staff, to maintenance, to manager. Left manager a message and a note, and I never heard from him. They never fixed roof leak that I reported, so when the next rain storm came, my bathroom was practically flooded. Maintenance came and looked at it, and gave me a few buckets. No one called to check on me, my belongings, etc. And it has yet to be painted. Called about smoke detectors, no one has returned my call or been in my apartment to take care of the problem. Animal feces on walkways with maggets. Parked in handicap spot one night when there was no other parking in a well lit area, was going to be heading out by 6am, they called the SAPD and had them issue me a ticket. I've been here a year, very loyal, always on time with rent. I was one day late in August, and they charged me fifty dollars. Get home today, and some tenants are having a jam session on the lower level of my unit outside in the walkway. Bizarre! I would never recommend this complex or any others owned by the same company.
