Apartment Review for The Highlands Apartmnets - San Antonio, TX

it started out good--then I started having a ant problem for 5 mos.. everyone around me had the same problem! Then I became ill with moldy vents and they told me to fix it myself. The staff cannot keep track of money and it seems they are not competent enough to handle their job. My neighbors were noisy in which I was blamed for the problem!! It has been a very stressful place to live..I was happier at a less expensive place --Willow creek..You do not always get what you pay for!
